I want to improve the classroom management; I will try to use eye contacting to control the bad behavior.

Lesson Introduction
Whole group activity: Time___15 minutes____
Opening/Introduction (warm up): (Bullet points)
 I will start by reviewing what sound they learned
in the morning.
Introduction: steering wheel, smart board.
LC1: cap, steering wheel.
LC2: water bottles, clay, paint, white vinegar,
bicarbonates of soda, red food coloring, liquid hand soap.
LC3: colored papers, paint, straw.
LC4: hard board, papers, tissue rolls, fake apples, glue,
basket.

 I will ask the students if they have ever seen a
volcano.
 If yes, then how was it? The shape, color, was it
hot or cold.

Active Engagement: (Bullet points)

 I will role play with them as if we are travelling in
a van, going in an adventure looking for volcanos
in Vietnam.
 We will go through a jungle to reach there.
 We will look at what we might see in the jungle
and at the end we will reach to a volcano.

Guided experience ( whole group activity ) language instructions

Okay KG 2 O who can tell me what sound did you learn this morning with teacher Sameha.
I will start by role playing (now we will all go together on an exciting adventure! Everyone stand up let’s
get in the van) I will model opening the door and putting the seat belt and start the engine – LETS GO!!

I will remind the children about the letter they took yesterday which is ( J ) were now going to the jungle!
We’re going to a country called Vietnam. Now in Vietnam they have something amazing but very scary
too. STOP!
We’ve arrived to our destination.
Before playing the video I will ask the students to observe very well.
I will show them the video and ask them what is this? What do you think is going to happen to it?
During the video I will ask them what do they think is happening? and why, how do they think it
happened. Is the substance hot or cold?
 I will end the video and ask the children what happened, we will discuss what happened and why.
Then I will explain why volcanos erupts – I will use a balloon to explain.
I will explain the activities and I will work with one group at a time.

Individual experience - Small Group Learning Centers: Time 15 min.

1. Let’s go on an adventure ridding a van! 2. Let’s make our own volcano!

This is a role play activity, students will pretend to ride Students will make volcanos using clay, white vinegar,

I will assess the students during the activities using an assessment sheet and write some comments if needed.
