PRODUCT SYNCHRONISM

The transferal of the trays from the infeed conveyor to the machine is NOT synchronized with the
machine’s packing cycle

In other words, the safety and synchronization photocell BQ6 can detect the product but the elevator is
not in position to receive it.

Possible Causes:

The tray or the product inside it has fallen from the elevator.

An object is blocking the photocell.

The photocell is out of position.

Solution: Open the side cover and remove the tray or the object blocking the photocell or, if necessary,
adjust the photocell.

Then close the side cover and press “I”

SINCRONISMO DO PRODUTO

A transferência das bandejas do transportador de entrada para a máquina NÃO é sincronizada com o
ciclo de empacotamento da máquina.

Em outras palavras, a fotocélula de segurança e sincronização BQ6 pode detectar o produto, mas o
elevador não está em posição de recebê-lo.

Causas possíveis:

A bandeja ou o produto caiu do elevador.

Um objeto está bloqueando a fotocélula.

A fotocélula está fora de posição.

Solução: Abra a tampa lateral e remova a bandeja ou o objeto que bloqueia a fotocélula ou, se
necessário, ajuste a fotocélula.

Em seguida, feche a tampa lateral e pressione "I"
