Although after the first debate between President Obama and challenger Mitt
Romney of Republican party, media predicted that Romney won the debate, the
transit Saturn favours Obama to win the elections.

Of course as you said I have my own doubts of Romney beating Obama in Nov
elections. Transit Saturn favours Obama, as I written in previous mails.
Logically and pragmatically if economy improves and unemployment level prunes
down in US, Obama will see another term in office.

The US General elections is held on the first Tuesday of Nov every 4th year. Thus 2012
Elections to elect the President shall be held on Tuesday, Nov 06, 2012.
At the time of elections the VMD shall be Mars-Rahu-Venus-Venus.
As per house to house analysis, which I normally do in natal charts the DBAS planets
signify the following houses.
Mars  03,08,10
Rahu  11,Me.Mo
Venu  02,09,10,Ra,11
Mercury signifies houses viz. 01, 10, 11, 05 and 06.
Moon signifies houses viz. 06, 11, 03, 08 and 10
Hence the total houses which are ruling from lagna are 01, 02, 03, 05, 06, 08, 09, 10
and 11 between the above planets as per their significations.
Out of the above houses 05 and 08 are not favourably deciphered for growth and gains.
09th house signifies Federal. 03 shall be small, but a progressive house. 01 indicates
efforts by self. 02,06,10,11 are good houses for growth.
Of course Jupiter (causative planet for wealth) and Venus (02nd lord) are posited in
Rahu star Arudra in 10th house reckoned from natal lagna.
In the transit chart, Mars, Rahu and Venus gets the aspect of transit Jupiter from
Taurus.

Natal lagna is also under transit Jupiter.

It is felt that the unemployment rate should further come down during the VMD of Mar-
Rah-Jup from Apr to June 2012. Same also shall be the result in the antara of Mercury
and Venus.
If economy grows and unemployment rates goes down, the chances of Obama getting
elected shall be a sure-shot.

Role of Cuspal Star Lord - Ascendant Aquarius

CUSPAL STAR LORD:
In this issue as a Eleventh Article on Cuspal Star Lord for Khumbha Lagna is taken
up. Khumbha contains three stars in its Sign i.e. Dhanista 3-4 Padas, Sathabisham
& Purva Bhadhra 1-3 pada. The characteristics of these three stars were dealt
elaborately basing on various Texts of Great Scholars such as Brihat Jataka, Brihat
Parasara, Jathaka Deepika, Phala Deepika, Jathaka Bharanam, Jathaka Parijatham,
Saravali. Many of the features belong to Rasi Khumbha, Gana etc. Some are
repeated because of different Authors who describe the characteristics of each star
in their slokas. However we can find majority are common from these ancient
texts.
I Dhanista 3 & 4 pada:
Belongs to Shoodra Varna, Marjar Varga, Simha Yoni, Madhya Nadi and Rakshasa
Gana.
He will have high moral character and others will follow his footsteps. He will be
tactful and others will be pleased with his behaviour. His friends will love and
respect him for his behaviour. Physically he will be strong and healthy. He will be
wealthy and luxurious. Due to his generous nature he will help and support many
needy persons. This will earn him fame in far-off places in his society he will be

topic at the request of M/s. Kousik Roy, Howrah, Woymesh Deepankar by M/s.
Yogesh Lajmiji, Tinwin, Dr. Luther Ruth, Adith Kasinath, MK Viswanath, Senthil
(UAE), Sambasiva Rao Chitturu, S Sekar, KSV Ramani, Sairaman, Sundar, Sunil Ji.
The Sign Lords are getting the signification of that particular cusp. Whereas if you
judge Star of the Cusps then apart from 7 planets you will also look into the Nodes
Rahu and Kethu for judging the same. Hence all the 9 planets would get portfolios of
the cusps. Whether these Cuspal Star Planets are giving the results of these Cusps/
Signification? I request all the seniors would offer their feedback on this topic. Being
the starting point for this cuspal star lord offering the cusps signification or not? I
need many Astrologers’ contributions and feed backs.

For Khumbha Lagna the Cusps 1,5,9 are in Airy Signs (Kama) and the Lords of these
houses (Saturn. Mercury and Venus) are very much helpful to each other. Kona
Lords are Trijnamas Father Son and Grandson. You can observe that Saturn.
Mercury and Venus are Trine lords connected to Dharma. Saturn as lord of 1n12

indicates life in foreign countries and luck thru on many fronts; Mercury lord of 5n8
indicates difficulties and challenges and responsibilities as lord is connected to 8th;
Venus as lord of 4n9 indicates is good for higher education, good with father.
 If these three houses (I V IX) connected to Mars (III& X) then the results are
(1,3&10), (5,3&10) and (9,3&10) signification which is favourable for financial gains,
good posision in profession, name and fame; good for progeny, marriage job areas
sometimes would be in difficulty, gets high passion; higher education, travels outside
for profession.
 If they are connected to Rahu (Node) would determine the outcome basing on Rahu
Signification (Nodes conjunction, Aspect, Star Lord and lastly the Sign Lord) – Rahu’s
connection to 1st gives stubborn and unruly nature, 5th indicates problem regarding
progeny or love affairs, 9th is good for material success not good for father.
 Finally if these cusps are connected to Jupiter (II&XI) then the results are (1,2&11),
(5, 2&11) and (9, 2&11) signification 1st connection gives good mental capabilities,
success in financial matters, success, name and fame; 5th connection indicates gives
success to first issue and good for married life, love life; 9th connection indicates
good for higher education, competitive exams, service in foreign lands and most
successful.
Second Triplet Cusps are the 2,6,10 which are Watery Signs (Jupiter, Moon & Mars)
are connected to Money, Service and Profession/ Job indicates Artha. Jupiter as lord

At this time the death inflicting Saturn was transiting in Pisces with
opposition aspect to its position in Virgo in the PNE chart. Transiting
Moon had come in conjunction with PNE, with PNE Saturn and Jupiter in
Virgo. Transiting Jupiter was in conjunction with PNE Ketu, with trine
aspect to its PNE position.
Mercury at the time of accident was in conjunction with PNE Mercury,

who was in a star of Moon in the PNE chart.
When we a do a comparison of the planetary positions at the time of

accident with that of birth, we have noted as follows;
Moon at the time of accident was in conjunction with natal Moon.

Accident Mars was in conjunction with natal Mars. Accident Rahu was in
conjunction with transiting and natal Mars. This Rahu was in square
aspect to natal Sun and Mercury. Accident Jupiter was in Capricorn in
conjunction with natal Venus and in square aspect to its natal
position. Saturn at the time of accident was in Pisces and the natal
Saturn was in Virgo, in the seventh rasi.
Now we come to the re birth. According to the newspaper reports, the

new child was born to the same mother as she had wished. The birth was
on 19th May 1998 and is a girl. She had started talking about a brother
in her very young age, in the same house, identifying the clothes
belonged to that brother. In addition, she had talked about an

Ayanamsa like KP, Raman, Lahiri, etc., but they may specify the ayanamsa used. The
following terms and conditions may be noted:
