MANIFESTATION AND MOTION TO EXPUNGE
NOW COMES, the accused in the above-entitled case, thru
the undersigned counsel by the undersigned counsel, respectfully states that:
1. On 29 October 2018, the Honorable Office set a class
meeting for Legal Forms and directed all parties, including the respondent to attend the said class, submit all necessary forms and participate in class; 2. Said hearing was attended by the parties required. However, the respondent failed to attend the said class and submit his forms due to force and undue intimidation of third parties; 3. That on the said date, the respondent was coerced by third party to accompany the latter which forced the former to miss the said class; 4. That it was not of respondent’s own volition to skip class; 5. That the respondent extends his sincerest apology to this Court for failing to come to class;
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed
before this Honorable Office that this Manifestation by duly noted and that the Respondent’s record of absence and his recitation grade for that day, 29 October 2018, be expunged from the Records of the case. FURTHERMORE, the Respondent requests this court to include to the record his grade for the forms required to be submitted for that same date.
