Overall, what has been going well?

Personal Glow: This week, Mrs. Medina has been waking up at 4:00 AM every
day, reads her Bible, and reading a book called the "Power of the Praying
Wife". This has allowed for her to not feel so rush and be depleted throughout
the day.
Personal Notes
-Spiritually advancement, students have been practicing "speaking life".
-1/2 class is growing academically and a huge gap with some of their lower
students.
-Interim Test scores were low, although the atmosphere was positive- students
were respectful and quiet.
-Majority of students enjoy writing and math time, and transitions have run
much smoother lately.
What has been a constant challenge?
-Five new students within the past couple of weeks which is always bringing its
own set of dynamics; some students have dropped or only come once a week.
- Reading time continues to be a lot to manage for two hours; especially
meeting the needs of all of the students.

I love the new pod arrangement, it helps to create a team-work atmosphere as
