GUIDELINES FOR PERFORMANCE EXAM

General Mathematics

The following are the guidelines to follow in making the PT/Exam:

The goal of the student is to research specific applications of Business

Mathematics.
ROLE Researcher/Analyst
AUDIENCE Co-Researchers/Analyst
The students will find some real-life applications of Business
Mathematics that involve simple, compound interest and the like. The
students are tasked to collect information from a certain company or

person that they’ve selected. The students will conduct interviews and
perform the indicated situation in their chosen person/company and
these information should be placed in their PPTs.

- Assign your LEADER who will monitor all the members’ participation.
- Each group must select a certain COMPANY/PERSONAL BUSINESSES such as:
Lending Corporation, Bank, Pawnshop, Small/Big Businesses, Financial plans,
Moneylender (individual or coop) and the like.
- For assurance purposes, each group must print one copy of LETTER OF
APPROVAL/PERMISSION to make sure that the conducted research/interview
will be authorized by the group’s chosen enterprise.
- Each group will compile all the necessary information in a white transparent folder
that includes evidences like videos, pictures, data, and sample computations.
- Arrangement: 1) Title page 3) Introduction (at least 200 words) 4) Sample
computations 5) Pictures/Other Data 6) Authorization Letter
