SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I MELINDA A. FLORES, hereby name, appoint and constitute CHRISTELLE GRACE A. FLORES
to be my true and lawful attorney, to act on my behalf and in my name, to execute and perform
all or any of the following acts, deeds, matters and things, in connection with the operation of
GHING TRADING and in connection with GHING TRADING business loan applications with Banco
De Oro Unibank and Subic Bay Freeport Grain Terminal Services, Inc., to wit:

1. Signing and executing any documents and contracts necessary for the operation of
Ghing Trading.;

2. Transacting with Ghing Trading’s clients;

3. Making deposits, transfers and withdrawals to or from any of the bank accounts of
Ghing Trading;

4. Accepting or Receiving payments on behalf of Ghing Trading;

5. Applying for loan in Unionbank and entering into a loan agreement with Subic Grain
Freeport Grain Terminal Services, Inc. on behalf of Ghing Holdings Inc. with issued
board resolution;

6. Applying for a credit line with Banco De Oro in behalf of Ghing Trading;

7. Paying the aforesaid loans using Ghing Trading financial resources; and

8. Paying creditors of Ghing Holdings Inc. out of Ghing Trading’s bank account.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and authority to do
and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing powers, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
