Who is Qualified under the BSP?
Foreign-based science or technology expert, a new graduate from a foreign S&T institution,
or professional who is a Filipino citizen or a foreigner of Filipino descent;
Must have practised his/her profession for not less than three (3) years (no experience
required for New Graduates);
Expertise is consistent with the DOST S&T priority areas and is willing to work in
addressing the need /problem that is mutually acceptable to DOST and Host institution;
