PART C: REFLECTION
1. Has the past term been good/bad/satisfactory or otherwise for you, and why?
Yes I guess it’s been good, because I meet many new students with different ideas and prospective. I
have also learned many new things from them. It also taught me that teaching differs in many areas
with respect to student.
2. What do you consider to be your most important achievements of the past term?
As always I was able to get good result in comparison with GTU. The student project part seems to be
improved in my knowledge. The student attendance has also been improved a lot.
So far the work set has been enjoyable and I feel I have completed to the best of my ability.
But somewhere it is felt that some sort of rules must be set up by the management. As the
rules are being changed timely and it’s been hard to come up with that in the middle of the
semester.
4. What elements of your job interest you the most, and least?
What interests me most about my job is the fact you’re in contact with a range of people
from different institutes and industries. I get to work with student with whom I shared my
knowledge and gain knowledge from them.
5. What do you consider to be your most important aims and tasks in the next term?
As always proper notes preparation will be my first aim. Secondly trying to get PPT based study will
be my prime motto. Also live case studies with which can grasp interest in the subject.
6. What sort of training/experiences would benefit you in the next term? Not just job-skills - also
your natural strengths and personal passions you'd like to develop - you and your work can
benefit from these.
I must say more FDP, Seminars, STTP and Workshop will be much helpful to faculties. Since
last two years faculties participation in sport is decreased. So in order to improve physical
fitness and mental strength sports activity must be carried out.
