Memorandum of understanding

Points discussed between two parties are here on :-

1) The party who is described herein as buyer is Damji bhai bhalara proprietor of J.K.Impex
having the head office at office no.108, first floor, aavkar square, krushna nagar main road, near
Anand banglows chowk, Rajkot district, Gujarat -360004. Ph. No.(0281) 237833 Mobile no.
94272 13330/9925020071is hereby agreeing and entering into a mutual understanding
agreement with

2) The party who is described herein as seller is V.Anandhakumaran proprietor of Sky green
exporterrs having the head office at office.no.3/160, Vanniyar Street, nallampalli post,
Dharmapuri district, Tamilnadu-636 807. Mobile no. 8220888080/8124357164 is also hereby
agreeing and entering into this mutual understanding agreement with the ( buyer) J.K.Impex.

3) Both the parties have agreed to go forward with initial trial order of ten (10) tones of copper
Millbury scrap bearing purity of 99.95% - 99.99%. This trial order will in future increase with the
quantity of the product (copper Millbury scrap) based on the professional relationship expected
to be in good terms.

4) The parties here have agreed mutually to make the transaction in terms of kg with price
mentioned at Rs.378/- incl. (three hundred and seventy eight only). This hereby includes G.S.T.
and other taxes as implacable and delivers it until Mundra port. Rest of the other expenses
which are delivery after port and other expenses will be borne by the buyer as per the
discussion.
 5) The total investment which will be taken place is as per the following ratio:-

Sky green exporterrs :- 66%(32%-33% initial payment for material, rest 34% or 33% for
the final part)

J.K.Impex :- 34%(34% as for the initial payment along with skygren exporterrs 32%-
33%)

6) This transaction which is going to bear both the parties mutual interest into this agreement is
purely based on mutual trust and professional relationship and so all the transactions and
documents is to be shared as each copy with both the parties

Note: - This agreement is made on 30/10/2018 tuesday at J.K.Impex office with both the
parties signing in below with witness bearing on both the sides.
