London has an important star right at it's nadir at the start of

the new millennium; Vega, making this city the focus of new hope.
Lyra on the whole portends a new musical trend for the planet.
London may become the artistic center of the planet. Vega is
traditionally a focusing star of the yogis. London might become
an important spiritual center in hard (2012) times. A guru may
entice londoners to migration Dec 21st 2012. Cure (in both senses)
and getting off the globe seem to be 2012 topics: redeeming, as well.

Actually the focusing point is 51N15 1W35, nearest locations Meday

to be concentrated there. I have no firsthand experience in local

I was not going to write an article on London at all, it happened

that Vega catched my eye and focused my interest on the Weald and
the North Downs area. All divinatory entities insisted I focus on

Star Vega, the new polar star, as projected into a sidereal wheel
chart, is exactly conjunct Mercury, ruling ascending Virgo constellation.
Crowley portents may come true and after a period of art, seduction
and dangerous pleasures, London may lead humanity into the era of
Horus-the-Child (this model has partially been already taken by
post-aegyptian christianity), into and inot the Aeon of Horus.
Shall a madman lead us? Shall we all become like small children?

Already in our times there's no business like show business. Girls

want to have fun. If in the other cycles people wanted knowledge
or salvation (from los voladeros or `the (personal) devil'), in
our times all that people want is fun. The emergence of `funny'
gurus should not surprise us, our attention is captured only by
entertaining movements on a larger scale. Luckily Vega is a very
`focused' star and won't let Mercurial monkey business too far.

Hong Kong has Dorado (The Golden Fish) zenithing. We take this as
a good portent for it's finantial development. Draco is nadiring,
the dragon's breath is dangerous. The nadir sometimes symbolizes
many deaths. This is hopefully not the case. The general purpose
of this article is giving examples in the placement of the various
constellations along the cardinal points E W S N (SW, NE, ...), and
the `prophecies' are attached as mere guidelines. It takes much
more time to make accurate predictions, as the reader already
suspects. The millennium has been scanned for local midnight on
various locations all around the globe, for entertainment purposes
only (as well as educational). Sextans, Virgo and Leo are often on
the ascendant (true eastern point), with Cetus (watermonster and
Leviathan) or Pisces at the western descendant. The North Point
and South Point vary immensely from country to country (especially
South America). Although we use the E and W points for our main
calculus (eastern ascendant and western descendant), we also tend
to make great use of the South and North point, as well as SW and

analysis of the horoscope is already possible using the four +
cardinal points. One of the advantages of the method is the house
placement of the planets, often miscalculated in the case of popular
astrological programs. Never trust an astrological program your 7th
house planets: they might be in the 6th house instead and vice versa!
