Introduction
ICT Academy in partnership with Autodesk proposes to offer Industry specific student skill
development programs and certifications for Engineering students of its members Institutions. This
This proposal is submitted to offer training and certification for Civil engineering students through
through training of faculty members in the member institution. Autodesk certifications are industry-
industry-recognized credentials that can help students succeed in their design career.
With training of teachers and students as the primary objective, ICT Academy has been working
working through a seven pillar program in the areas of Faculty Development, Student Skill
Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Youth Empowerment, Industry-Institute Interaction,
Interaction, Digital Empowerment and Research & Publications.
In the last 7 years, ICT Academy has strived on every aspect to provide a holistic service to every
every stakeholder of the education ecosystem in developing the next generation of talent pool in India
in India to make them industry ready employees, innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders. ICT Academy

Proposed Training and Certification Delivery Model
The inspiration behind the initiative is that, colleges shall consider making these programs for students

Course Duration Objective
40 Hours This course enables the participants to learn a cloud-based CAD/CAM tool
for collaborative product development. The tools in Fusion enable exploration
and iteration on product ideas and collaboration within a product development
team. Using hands-on exercises, the participants explore how to create form,
function, and fabrication of products.
The main objective is to teach you the necessary commands which enables
fast and easy exploration of design ideas with an integrated concept to
production toolset. After completing this course, participants will be able to:

technologies improve the product development cycle. Today’s product design
and manufacturing companies are faced with increased competition and
growing market demands. To ensure the companies and products are
successful digital prototyping methods are used to gain an advantage and
produce better products.
The course will focus on the different stages of the product development
cycle with a consistent workshop projects used throughout. The course starts
with the ideation initial phase of development and concludes with producing
technical publications of the product for marketing and support. Each

techniques for creating, editing and printing drawings with AutoCAD® and
AutoCAD LT®. Using hands-on exercises, the participants explore how to
create 2D production drawings.
The main objective is to teach you the basic commands necessary for
professional 2D drawing, design, and drafting using AutoCAD. After
completing this course, students will be able to:
