ORAL PRESENTATION AND STUDENT SESSION GUIDELINES

BEFORE THE CONFERENCE

1. Please submit your full-paper/ manuscript no longer than October 20, 2018 (Selected
paper will be published in reputable International Journal)
2. The official language of the conference is ENGLISH
3. The allocated time for presentation is 8 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes
for discussion
4. Please send your presentation file to imeri.ic2018@gmail.com in portable document
format: (.pdf) and power point format: (.ppt or .pptx), not more than 8 (eight) slides
(maximum file size: 2MB) not later than November 1st, 2018.
5. The power point slides may include Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results
and Conclusion.

DURING THE CONFERENCE

1. Each meeting room will be equipped with a notebook and a LCD Projector. Please use
conference notebook rather than your personal notebook.
2. Please prepare your backup copy in a flash disk or a CD.
3. Please arrive at your session room in 10 minutes before your session is started.
 POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

BEFORE THE CONFERENCE

1. Please submit your full-paper/ manuscript no longer than October 20, 2018

2. The official language of the conference is ENGLISH
3. The presentations will be facilitated with the use of an electronic poster screen
4. The allocated time for presentation is 3 minutes for presentation followed by 2
minutes for discussion
5. The Poster content may include: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results,
Conclusion or other format according to the nature of your presentation.

Prepare your POSTER according to the following:

 Layout: Landscape (Horizontal Orientation)

 Size of Poster:
 Pixels: the minimum recommended size (format W x H) is 2000 x 1125 pixels and the
maximum is 4000 x 2250 pixels.
 DPI 300 pixels/inch
 File Size: the maximum file size is 4 Megabytes (4MB).
 File Format: Save your file as a PDF, JPG in order to upload your e-Poster.
 Media: Pictures, graphs and tables can be included in the e-Poster.
 Multimedia: videos and music cannot be included in the e-Poster.

* Please send your presentation file to imeri.ic2018@gmail.com not later than November 1st,
2018.

DURING THE CONFERENCE

1. During the poster presentation session, there will be 10 e-Poster screen

2. The presenting author is requested to stand by on his/her e-Poster screen 15 minutes
before the schedule time
