Terms & Conditions

1. To participate in this competition on Instagram, users must ‘Follow’ the NowMe

page https://www.instagram.com/nowmeinfinity/ and comment below the relevant
competition post tagging in their friend who they want to share the prize with. The
tagged friend must then also ‘Follow’ the page for the duo to be eligible to win.
Only those who perform the full mechanic will be eligible to win
2. To participate in this competition on Facebook, users must ‘Like’ the NowMe page
https://www.facebook.com/NowMeInfinity and comment below the relevant
competition post tagging in their friend who they want to share the prize with. The
tagged friend must then also ‘Like’ the page for the duo to be eligible to win. Only
those who perform the full mechanic will be eligible to win
3. Entrants must be over 18 years of age
4. This competition will run from 4pm on Monday 19th November 2018 and will end
at 12pm on Friday 23rd November 2018. Entries made after this point will not be
counted.
5. There will be 2 winners (the entrant and their friend) who has fulfilled the criteria
cited above selected. Only 1 winner will be selected from all of the entries across
Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be selected at random after the
competition closing time and announced at 12pm on Monday 26 th November
2018.
6. The competition is open to residents of the UK, except for NowMe employees, all
contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
7. The prize consists of:

8. The prize includes postage to the winner
9. If you are one of the lucky winners, you will need to provide both winners email
addresses, postal addresses and contact phone numbers within 48 hours of being
announced as our winner. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the
announcement, your win will be invalid and we’ll select replacement winners.
10. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in
the event of unforeseen circumstances.
11. Multiple entries per person are valid pending the tagged friend is different each
time. In cases where there are multiple entries tagging the same person, the first
entry only will be accepted.
12. No purchase is necessary; however, you will need an internet connection and
access to Instagram/Facebook. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in
participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
13. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate,
fraudulent or based on misconduct.
14. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any
cash alternatives in whole or in part.
15. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
16. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing
and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this
promotion.
17. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with
current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes
without the individual's prior consent.
18. The winner's name can be obtained by sending an SAE and covering letter to:
NowMe competition winners, C/O EdenCancan, Uncommon, 25 Horsell Road, N5
1XL after closure of the promotion.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to
 NowMe and not to Instagram or Facebook. By participating in this promotion you
agree to a complete release of Instagram/Facebook from any claims.
20. NowMe does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or
delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or
telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware,
programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
21. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
