Joseph Liuzzo then sent Conway a threatening text message, police said.

His employment status with the state Board of Probation and Parole was unclear

parole agent who earns $76,154 annually.

in the blue Dodge government minivan, police said.

Police in Carbondale police captured him and returned him to Dunmore headquarters,
where police say they smelled alcohol on his breath. He’s charged with misdemeanor
