The scones with jam and cream can also be highly recom-
mended.

On the way to our next garden we bought many plants at Belle-

vue Nursery and then to a garden situated off State Highway 12
where a garden down the side of the drive featured a wonderful
variety of many different bromeliads. Around the back of the
house we found a garden full of annuals of many colours, and
two huge Yucca trees towering over two large sheds housing
beautiful birds.

The next meeting will be at 1 p.m. on 20 October at the Commu-

nity Hall. Trading table and competitions will be held with the
decorative theme to be an “Unusual Container”. Patti Ilsley will
be giving a demonstration of weaving.
