THE PALM BEACH HOUSE INFORMATION Fri 01/10/2014 09:52

On Friday January 10, 2014 at approximately 0952 hours I responded to 5600 North Flagler Drive, The Palm
Beach House Condominiums, and I obtained the following information.
I made contact with Security Supervisor Andrew Sarcone who advised he is concerned that a individual
maybe impersonating a police officer. Sarcone said that resident, Ashley Hoellen resides in condo number 1806
and her boyfriend comes over. The boyfriend, Antony R. Karagiannis, tries to park in the gated parking area
which is reserved for residents. Each time he is asked to move his vehicle a black 2006 Jeep Cherokee with
Florida tag number 116PKC. Incidents have on occurred on the following dates and times; 12/28/2013 1200-
1500 hours, 12/29/2013 1300 hours, 12/30/2013 1300-1400 hours and 01/09/2014 at 2245 hours. Each time he
confronted about the parking issue he advises security that he is a Miami Dade Police Officer and his weapon is
in the vehicle. He has never produced, displayed or threaten any security with the weapon just implies that it is in
the vehicle. When asked for police identification he refuses to show a badge or a identification card. He moves
the vehicle when asked or told each time. Sarcone said his officers did not call police since they were taking care
of the parking issue.
I made contact with Miami Dade Police Department and spoke with a dispatcher. I asked if they have or had a
police officer by the name Antony R. Karagiannis and she advised they do not. I was unable to make contact
with Hollen who was at work and security did not have a cellphone number for her or Karagiannis. I advised
Sarcone to notify police when the next time Karagiannis arrives so police can determine if he is really a police
officer or armed with a weapon. Information placed on message board.
