THE CRISIS
IT WAS WHEN NATIONS WERE EVANGELIZED WHICH
STARTED DURING THE DAY OF PENTECOST THAT CHRISTIAN
CHURCHES AND MISSIONS ORGANIZATIONS. BEGIN TO
MULTIPLY THROUGHOUT THE GLOBE, SECTARIANISM AND
SEPARATISM STARTED TO BLOOM , THE MEANS OF
TRANSPORTATION THEY HAVE DURING THOSE TIMES AND
THE POOR MEANS OF COMMUNICATION MADE WAY FOR
ORGANIZATIONAL APOSTLESHIP.THE VASTNESS AND
SEEMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FULFILL APOSTOLIC
RESPONSIBILITY INCREASED, BECAME SO BIG THAT THE
SUCCEEDING APOSTLES CHOOSED TO BE ORGANIZATIONAL
APOSTLES-OA AND STARTED TO FOCUS ON THEIR OWN
ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS AND CARES AND CEASED TO CARE
FOR OTHERS OUTSIDE THEIRS,CUNNINGLY AND SLOWLY
THEIR VISIONS WERE BLURRED AND WERE UNAWARE THAT
THESE APOSTLES ARE BEING ROBBED OF THEIR CALLING
BY THE ENEMY,THEREBY GIVING BIRTH TO A NEW STYLE OF
DOING EASY APOSTOLIC WORK.THE VISION OF GLOBAL
APOSTLES STARTED TO BECOME NARROW AND SHORT,THEN
LATER BECAME SO BLIND AND UNAWARE AND UNCARING
FOR THE FEELINGS, HARDSHIPS,SUFFERINGS,NEEDS AND
SITUATION OF OTHER
BUT WHEN WILL THIS OA BE GAF?WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO BE
A GLOBAL APOSTOLIC FATHER-GAF INSPITE OF THIS
UNSURMOUNTABLE ODDS?WITH ALL THE DEVELOPMENTS
WE HAVE IN TRANSPORTATION,MEANS OF COMMUNICATION
NOW AND ALL THE TECHNOLOGIES WE HAVE AND BECAUSE
IT IS THE WILL OF GOD, THE ANSWER IS A BIG YES!AND ONE
REASON IS,IT IS WHAT GOD TOLD YOU TO DO AND TO BE.YOU
CANT RESIST HIM!
YOU WILL RESPOND TO THIS CALL OF GOD DO A BIG AND
QUANTUM LEAP FROM YOUR ORGANIZATIONS AND START TO
BE A GLOBAL APOSTOLIC FATHER.BUT WHO WILL DO THE
FIRST DARING STEP TOWARDS THE FULFILLMENT OF THIS
GOD GIVEN MISSION?WILL IT BE YOU? EVERYTIME GOD
WANTED TO DO SOMETHING HE ALWAYS SEE TO IT THAT
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A MAN,MEN OR WOMEN WHOM HE
PREPARED AND CALLED TO DO WHATEVER HE WANTED TO
BE DONE.AMONG THE HUNDREDS OF APOSTLES
THROUGHOUT THE GLOBE?ARE YOU THE MAN,IF YES,THEN,

THE CALL
CALLING ALL APOSTLES OF GOD-AOG WHOSE CALLING IS OF
GOD,WHO PRACTICES AND LIVE BY THE CALLING WHEREBY
GOD HAS CALLED THEM. YOUfRE NOT ORGANIZATIONAL
APOSTLES-OA WHO WORKS ONLY WITHIN THE BOUNDS AND
DICTATES OF YOUR ORGANIZATIONS.
YOUfRE FULLY AWARE THAT YOUR APOSTLESHIP IS OF
GOD,YOU HAD BEEN ORDAINED BY GOD TO CARE FOR ALL
THE EXISTING CHURCHES,PASTORS AND MISSIONARIES OF
THE WHOLE GLOBE NOT JUST IN YOUR OWN
ORGANIZATIONS.YOU KNOW EXACTLY THAT TO WHOM
MUCH IS GIVEN MUCH IS REQUIRED AND WHAT WAS
REQUIRED OF YOU HAS NOT YET BEEN MET.NOBODY AMONG
ALL THE HUNDREDS OF APOSTLES OF GOD IN THE GLOBE
DOES REACHOUT,EMBRACE AND TRULY CARE FOR THE
SUFFERINGS,HARDSHIPS,GROANS AND CRIES OF PASTORS
AND MISSIONARIES IN THE WHOLE GLOBE ESPECIALLY IN
THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES.THE WORK REMAINS UNDONE!

CHAPTER 2
THE GLOBAL CRY
THE RIPE TIME HAS FINALLY COME THAT A WORK SO A LONG
TIME NEGLECTED BE DONE.It broke the heart of GOD seing the
sufferings,groanings and the cry of his servants in third world countries
where nobody seems to listen,nobody seems to see and nobody seems to
care,our cry seems to fall on deaf ears for seemingly countless
years.Many died already without knowing what CARE really
means.Many Pastors and Missionaries families destroyed,whos children
went astray dead or even in prison,instead of these children following the
steps of their Pastor fathers they became defiant and turned out to be
enemies of mission work.
NEVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE CHURCH SINCE THE
REFORMATION,HAD THERE BEEN A GLOBAL APOSTOLIC
CARE PRIMARILY FOR THE PASTORS AND THEIR FAMILIES
AND THE CHURCH.NO GLOBAL ORGANIZATION CREATED to
address the particular problems of Pastors, their families needs or
wholistic and continouing welfare.Missionaries work even during
nightime to earn a living,to support their families instead of doing the
work of the LORD OF THE HARVEST.DOES ANYBODY CARE FOR
WHATS HAPPENING?Maybe yes,but what have they done?They care
only for their own pastors in their own respective organizations forgeting
the others outside theirs.
THIS BOOK COULD NEVER EXACTLY DESCRIBE THE
SUFFERINGS OF COUNTLESS MISSIONARIES THROUGHOUT
THE GLOBE,who like armies,were deserted with nothing in the frontline
or in the middle of an enemyfs blanket bombardment.
CALLING ALL APOSTLES OF THE ENTIRE GLOBE FROM
DIFFERENT CHRISTIAN CHURCES OR ORGANIZATIONS,WHOSE
APOSLESHIP IS OF GOD-AOG,NOT APOSTLES OF YOUR OWN
ORGANIZATIONS-AOO,BUT OF GOD.Itfs just about time that you
walk in the calling by which GOD called you,you are APOSTLES OF
GOD-AOG not just APOSTLES OF ORGANIZATIONS-AOO.Your
APOSTLESHIP must be exercised GLOBALLY and be benefited by
your many other suffering brothers beyond the THICK WALL OF
SECTARIANISM.You are GLOBAL APOSTLES-
GA not ORGANIZATIONAL APOSTLES-OA.
WE PRAY THAT THE COVERING OF THE EYES OF YOUR
HEARTS BE REMOVED THAT YOU MAY SEE WHAT WE MEANT
THAT YOU MAY FEEL OUR
PAINS,HARDSHIPS,TOILS,SUFFERRINGS AND CRIES,WEfRE
YOUR LESS FORTUNATE BROTHERS.It has been said that you
symphatize with such and consider yourself to be in the same
shoe.Whatever doctrine and belief you may believe in or any elite system
your in,THE CALL IS,SIMPLY FOR YOU TO OPEN YOUR EYES
AND YOUR HEART,LISTEN TO,CARE AND EMBRACE YOUR
BROTHER MISSIONARIES THROUGHOUT THE GLOBE AND
EXTEND A HELPING HAND.We could have been more effective in the
ministry,there could have been a
greater testimony that impacted our nations if there had been GLOBAL
APOSTOLIC CARE for the GLOBAL CRY of all suffering SERVANTS
of THE MOST HIGH.
CHAPTER 3
MISSIONARIES DILEMMA
1.PASTOR AND WIFE HAS TO GET UP AT 4AM TO GATHER
ANYTHING OF VALUE TO SELL,LIKE PLASTICS,PAPERS,AND
OTHER JUNKS IN THE SO CALLED SMOKEY MOUNTAIN,A
GARBAGE HEAP IN
TONDO MANILA TO FEED THEIR FAMILY.AND DO THEIR BIBLE
STUDIES IN THE AFTERNOON.
2.PASTORS BECAME BUS,JEEPNEY AND TRICYCLE DRVERS OR
WENT INTO SOME OTHER JOBS FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO
PAY THE RENT OF THEIR ROOMS,PAY ELECTRIC AND WATER
AND OTHER BILLS.AND SEND THEIR CHILDREN TO
SCHOOL.MANY QUIT THE MINISTRY ALREADY.WE SHOULD BE
AWARE THAT THE VALUE OF MONEY HERE IS DEFFERENT
FROM OTHER RICH NATIONS.
3.MANY PASTORS KIDS HERE ARE JUST ELEMENTARY OR JUST
HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES NEVER WENT TO COLLEGE AND
MOSTLY JOBLESS AND BECAME AN OPEN PREY FOR THE
ENEMY.
4.A PASTOR MISSIONARY DOING FILM SHOWING IN REMOTE
PLACES IN SOUTHERN MINDANAO WAS SERVED NOODLES
WITH SMOKED BIG UNSKINNED RAT WITH IT BY A FELLOW
POOR PASTOR.
5.MANY PASTORS DIED WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY MEDICAL
ASSISTANCE OR ARE IN HOSPITALS AND ARE IN BAD DEBT
FOR IT.A PASTOR IN MANILA DIED AND HIS FAMILY CANfT
RETRIEVE HIS CORPES FROM THE FUNERAL PARLOUR FOR
THEY DONfT HAVE MONEY.
6.PASTORS AND FAMILY EAT ONES OR TWICE A DAY OR ON
FORCE FAST.
7.PASTORS WALKING LONG DISTANCES CROSSING RIVERS
AND MOUNTAINS TO REACH THEIR BIBLE STUDIES.
OFTEN TIMES FOREIGN MISSIONARIES TAKE PICTURES OF
POOR MISSIONARIES AND PASTORS AND CHURCHES TO
COLLECT FUNDS FROM MISSIONS ORGANIZATIONS THAT
NEVER REACHES THE HANDS OF THE POOR.Somebody look and
consider!We now have the desired number of soldiers of GOD in the
Philippines,Ghana,Zambia,Nigeria,Namibia, North and south
Africa,Thailand,Cambodia and other Third World Countries.All we need
to do is UNITE,INSPIRE,MOBILIZE,SUPERVISE AND SUPPORT
THESE ARMY OF GOD FOR GLOBAL CONQUEST.WE ALREADY
HAVE SOLDIERS OF GOD POSTED ON EACH LOCALITY, EVEN
IN THE MOST REMOTE AREAS IN THE WORLD.WE NEED GAF
AND WE NEED IT NOW!WHEN WILL YOU ACT TO REACHOUT
DEAR BROTHERS?PLEASE AWAKE AND DONfT IGNORE THIS
CRY.LOOK LISTEN,FEEL ACT AND EMBRACE US.CANT YOU

CHAPTER 4
GLOBAL APOSTLES EXCUSSES
The following are the UNREFUTABLE BIBLICAL EXCUSES OF
GLOBAL APOSTLES,WEALTHY CHRISTIANS AND OTHER
CHRISTIAN ORGANIZATIONS.
1.Maybe the lord is teaching you to live by faith,to learn things you will
never learn if you will not undergo such hardship,poverty pain and
misery.
2.You should learn to live by faith alone and learn to survive not looking
in dependence to others but looking to GOD alone.
3.Those who donft work must not eat.
4.Learn to wait on GOD HE has HIS own timing.
5.It is your calling to be poor.
6.You should have your affiliation or covering for wholistic support

ALLOWED BY THE LORD JESUS THAT IfLL BE THE VOICE TO
REPRESENT THE MULTITUDE OF POOR MISSIONARIES TO LET
YOU KNOW THE REAL SITUATION BEYOND YOUR OWN
COMFORTABLE AND SUCCESSFUL WORLDS.He revealed this to
someone like me whofs from a very poor but loving family from an
obscure place,graduated from a not well known theological school.I pray
that you may have an open ear thatfs willing to listen,a heart that sobs
and cares,a mind and a heart that could perceive and understand what
we meant and an open arms willing to embrace neglected brothers.May
you look beyond who i am and look on GOD for who HE is and on what
HE meant through me.
If these people thought globally for their own,isfnt there anybody among
us mighty sons of the LIVING GOD who would dare stand and do it
GLOBALLY for our KING?Why not somebody among us do it in the
name of our GOD to think and do it GLOBALLY.A GLOBAL
CONQUEST. What I mean is that,we already have by now the desired
number of SPIRITUAL COMBATANTS who had been trained for
GLOBAL CONQUEST,What we only need is the timely,swift delivery of
the needed supplies and logistics that have been hampered,hindered of
course by the enemy.I have seen these in my travel and encounter with
Missionaries and Pastors of the 3 islands of our nation the Philippines,I
met and saw their churches,very poor members,poor Missionaries and
Pastors facing crises one after the other.If you could just see it your own
eyes what is really happening here,maybe you would fall on your knees
weeping and groaning,things like:

A TERRITORY WE HAVE TO STAGE AN ALL OUT WAR AGAINTS
THE ENEMY and in doing so,a commanding Officer has to consider
some important things like:
1.Who the enemy is.
2.Where the enemy is;locate and identify enemy position.
3.Strength and weakness of the enemy.
4.Calculate number of enemies.
5.Have a wise strategy to defeat the enemy.
6.Train,Mobilize.Supervise,Lead manpower enough to defeat the enemy.
7. Provide the needed supply and logistics that would last till the war be CHAPTER 7
over.Making sure it reaches the soldiers on time.
Leaders like Napoleon,Moussilini,Hitler and many others have a vision 7 FOLD GLOBAL PLAN
and desire for GLOBAL CONQUEST for their own glory.Did they do it
without any inspiration that is stronger than their own will?NO!The
enemy was their inspiration.THEY ARE satans MEN!Their dream for

FATHER is calling you to an Ancient,most effective and right way of
doing TRUE APOSTOLIC ministry according to HIS heart.
        You will find this GAF not just exciting but fullfiling.for you will
fully and wholly exhaust your Apostolic call,gift,ministry and fulfill your
Destiny in HIM.With this you will see it your own eyes that the seemingly
impossible Apostolic gargantuan task and Unity UNDER ONE

        The entire GLOBE is just a tiny speck in the entire milky way galaxy
and the milky way is just a single dot too in the entire universe among the
500 million galaxies.How could we say GLOBAL APOSTOLIC
FATHERING is so big and impossible,where we have a CREATOR-GOD

      In countries like the Philippines,the phenomenal increase of
independentmissionaries start to bloom in the late 70’s.Filipinos by
nature  are freedom fighters and freedom lovers.With this character
traits and some factors,caused an increasing number of independent
missionaries and churches.When a missionary start to learn the art of
leadership and the know how of doing evangelism,do Bible
Studies,discipleship and running a church,they launchout and would
start their own.We have about 70 thousand independent missionaries on
this country others are unrecorded.What happened here happened also
in nearby asian countries where multitude of  poor indigent missionaries
are waiting and expecting for a coming visitation and deliverance from
their poverty situations by the United Apostolic Fathers.Lets not tell them
to wait on the Saviours deliverance on His second Advent,but tell them to
wait on the Saviours deliverance thru Apostolic Visitations from the
United Global Apostolic Fathers (GAF) who saw,feel and would act on

GLOBAL HARVEST
     It starts here. I belireve that what happens to the church of GOD
happens to the nation,what transpires in the realm of the SPIRIT
manifest’s in the natural.that means when the church is abundantly
blessed in any manner,the country does to.But the Church couldn’t be
blessed richly when the leader-pastor,priest,missionary isn’t.This would
then be traced back to the family principle that the
wisdom,anointing,endowment,blessings and and all good things of the
CREATOR FATHER flows from the head of the family to the wife down
to all members of the family.From this same principle comes the
abundant blessing of a nation in every aspect when the Spiritual leaders
are Blessed.True whollistic blessing flows from Spiritual,Ecclesiastical
leaders to the political leaders then down to the people.If the pastor is
abundantly blessed then his family is,from his family to the congregation
then to the community then to the nation and finally to the whole
globe.And that means GLOBAL evangelism.We could not reverse this
order as it has been laid down in the Word of GOD clearly thousands of
or the entire Bibl, that this Divine principle is the only norm that is
effective and needed.
        We therefore conclude base on this research and truth that True
Apostles of the Messiah are and must be GLOBAL APOSTOLIC
FATHERS that should look to the whollistic well being of missionaries of
the entire Globe and see to it that they are being cared for,supported and
financially blessed so nations could in turn be blessed as all blessings flow
from GOD to HIS SON to the Fathers of faith-The Apostles to the
missionaries-Church-community-nation-then the entire Globe.
         The question is not on the existing manpower available now,we
already have a lot of manpower-soldier missionaries even in most remote
place and areas of the world.But the question is,is their a Global
Organization of concern Apostles/Fathers who’s tasked solely to oversee
every detail and intricate need of this forsaken soldiers/missionaries and
delivering it to them on time.Apostles/Fathers whose main concern is to
supply the need of every part of the Body of the Messiah not only
spiritual-leadership seminars,lectures conferences and symposiums but
continous material and financial supply and provision.

Peoples Revolution

Since the very beginning the Sacred Scriptures condemned uprising

masses against duly instituted authority and a bloody
revolution.Dethroning good or even evil leaders to grab a desired seat of
power is anti-scriptural.We were admonished to pray for our leaders
whoever and whatever they may be.Time , effort and money spent for
Chapter 10 such activities could be used to start a livelihood.We were urged by the
National Barangay Cooperative most HIGH to unite . help and to love each other.If we do, the destiny of

poor missionaries but could also be used to start a Barangay cooperative
nationwide Which will be strictly superviced by Creator fearing spiritual
leaders residing in a specific barangay to work with the National,
Regional and Provincial CPA’s .Membership fees,shares of stock and
other fees will be initially subsidized by the GAF national office.Such will
later be subtracted from the members devidends on a monthly
basis.Organic farming will be applied in the process.
Produced and harvests will be bought by the barangay cooperative for Chapter 13
refrigeration and storage purposes which would later be sold to Achava
members , barangay residents and to the nearby barangay who are just
starting or ran out of any food supply.No dormant lands in the Philippine It’s the Hebrew word for love , an action word where a person indwelt
soil untilled. and controlled by it will keep on giving and giving evev if the person
concernd don’t.It’s the highest degree of love where theres a deep
Chapter 11 yearning to care and give away sacrificially not expecting anything in

number of poor missionaries increases in the third world.I told them that
we’re starting to gather the materials with joined consolidated effort to
build a “SHEPERDS HAVEN” and its by starting to call,challenge TRUE
APOSTLES of the ENTIRE GLOBE to UNITE and possess a TRUE
FATHERS caring and loving heart.and financially/materially reachedout
unto poor missionaries.That this Apostles would help us build this
Haven,a place of Shelter for all
neglected,wounded,discouraged,exhausted,suffering and in need soldiers
of the SAVIOUR,it is in this place  that they would find TRUE and
CARING FATHERS that would heal their wounds and mend their
wounded hearts.GLOBAL APOSTOLIC FATHERS that would
encouraged them to go and press on,GAF that would support them in
everyway even financially.GAF that would embrace them inspite of their
