This is a 1 year agreement between Bournemouth Sevens Ltd (The Promoter) and FestivalMart Ltd
(The Sponsor) relating to Sponsorship entitlements at the Bournemouth 7s Festival which takes
place on Friday 24th, Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th May 2019.

(1) Bournemouth Sevens Ltd (Company Number 7129861) whose registered office is at Suite 6, Coy
Pond Business Park, Ingworth Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 1JY (‘The Promoter’)

(2) FestivalMart Ltd (Company Number 10988642) whose registered office is at 3 Rectory Gardens,
Tarleton, Preston, Lancashire, PR4 6NG (‘The Sponsor’)

(1) Effective Date: The date this agreement is signed as set out above

(2) Event: Bournemouth 7s Festival 2019 - Friday 24th, Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th May 2019

(3) Venue: Bournemouth Sports Club, Chapel Gate, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 6BL

(4) Fee - £1,500 plus value added tax to be paid within 30 days of the contract being signed

(5) Assets: The Sponsor shall supply and fund its own marketing, promotional and branding assets

(6) Exclusivity & Rights: The Sponsor has secured the rights outlined in Schedule 1

(7) Festival Arena Opening Times As Follows:

Friday 24th May 2019: 12noon - 12midnight
Saturday 25th May 2019: 9am - 1am
Sunday 26th May 2019: 9am - 1am

(8) Set Up & Pull Down: All onsite branding listed within Schedule 2, must be received no later than
1st May 2019

sponsorship rights and conditions

1. The Sponsor will be an Official Sponsor of Bournemouth 7s Festival 2019 during the pre-event
promotional stage and during the event at the Venue (Friday 24th, Saturday 25th & Sunday
26th May 2019).

2. The Sponsor will be the sole Click & Collect Camping Supplier for Bournemouth 7s Guests and
Campers.

3. The Sponsor agrees to pay Fee listed within the particulars to Bournemouth Sevens Ltd within
30 days of signing this agreement.

4. The Promoter agrees to provide The Sponsor with the rights and entitlements outlined in
Schedule 1 and Schedule 2.

5. The Sponsor understands that there will be other suppliers onsite over the weekend selling
camping supplies but The Sponsor will be the only business that is promoted pre-event and
able to offer a Click & Collect Service.

6. The Promoter and The Sponsor agree to a feedback meeting after Bournemouth 7s Festival
2019 to open discussions for 2020 should it be in the interest of both parties.

7. The Promoter permits The Sponsor to collect any unwanted tents, camping equipments or
supplies post festival for the purpose of recycling them at future events.

(1.1) Banners permitted to be set-up within the Campsite Area
(1.2) Additional branding such as flying flags permitted around FestivalMart Onsite Area
(1.3) PVC/Heras Banners recommended for Campsite Branding
(1.4) Festival Mart must provide their own branding which must be supplied to Bournemouth 7s no
later than 1st May 2019

(1.10) 2 x V.VIP Weekend Tickets for Guests, Clients or Management
(1.11) 4 x Adult Weekend Tickets for Competition Purposes

Social Amplification
(1.12) Partnership promoted across Diamond Sporting Group Social Networks
(1.13) 2 x Specific Social Media Promotional Messages ahead of Bournemouth 7s 2019
(1.14) Cross Promotion of Partnership Announcement on Social Media
(1.15) Engagement with audience through Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

schedule 2 - branding specifications

(2.1) Banners to be PVC or Heras Fencing Banners with Hems and Eyelets all the way round and
supplied by 1st May 2019.

(2.2) Branded Flags are allowed to be placed around the FestivalMart Onsite Area

(2.3) Collection Area to be run out of the FestivalMart Onsite Space (3m x 3m).
