1. How to be a good manager ?

Good manager must lead with a cool head and give axample from employees and must be able
to provit the motivation to employees, a managers must alsobe able to make the employees fell
happy with his job do not let employees feel overburdened with work, a good manager must
recognize employees so that employees work harder and spirit. A good manager should have high
goals and know how to achieve that goal can be achieve.

2. How is your life management ?

Management of my life in learning that by way of setting goals and targets,my targets now is to
improve IPK that each semester increased so that i could have achieved the target i use the time well
and learn. I devote time to study,sleep and relax. I tried learning task in a timely manner and urged
not always prioritize the main priority i become more assertive and take advantage of the time.
