Price includes: - Rent

- Supply of bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels
- Basic electricity allowance of 8 kWh/day (“day” rate)
- Supply of baby equipment (bed, high chair, various accessories)

Price does not include: - Electricity above basic allowance of 8 kWh/day, invoiced at official kWh
rate (meter reading at beginning and end of stay) with basic allowance deducted
- Tourist Tax: 1 € per person per day (official rate fixed by the Community), free
for children under 18.
- End of stay housekeeping (optional): 48 €

Guarantee: 250 €, payable upon arrival, refundable at time of departure

Deposit: 25% when signing the contract, payable by check or by bank transfer.
