The PowerDriveGripWG402is designedexclusively for the 645 PRO cam-

advancesthe film at approximately one frameevery0.8 seconds(exceptat
slow shutterspeeds).

H A N D L I N GC A U T I O N S
1.The Power DriveGrip WG402 is exclusivelydesignedfor 645 PRO
cameraand it cannotbe fittedwith M645 SuperCamera.
2.When the Power Drive Grip WG402 has not been used for a long
time,checkthe batteryconditionfirstby makingsometestexposures.
3. Be surethatthe PowerDriveGrip is firmlylockedto the camerabody.
4.lt is desirableto replacethe batterywith a fresh one as soon as you
feel that the film advancespeedis sluggish.
5. Even when using the Power Drive Grip, it is recommendedto also
attachthe neck strapto the cameraas a safetymeasureand for port-
a b i l i ty.

Battery Care
1.Carefullywipethe contactsof the batterybeforeinsertingit intocham-
ber.
2.When not usingthe Power Drive Grip for a long periodof time, re-
movethe batteryand storeit in dry, cool place.
3.Whengoingon tripsbe sure to carrysparebatteries.

Insertin

2. Lift the cover off and inserl a 2CR-5, 6 Volt


LithiumBatteryinto the batterychamber by tak-
ing care to match the + poles of the batterywith
thoseshown in the diagramin the chamber.
Then closethe batterychambercoverfirmlywith
a c l i c k .( F i gE )
* Wh e n th e fi l m a d v a n c es p e e d sounds sl ug-
gish,it is time to changethe battery.
Operation
E Wn"n the Start Mark on the roll film is aligned with the Start Mark
( a. ) on the spool clip.

1. Pushthe ReleaseLock Leverin the direction


of the arrowuntilit stops.(FigE)

3.A singlepress on the grips ShutterRelease
advanceone frame.
Buttonwill automatically
4.When the finalframe has been exposed,the
PowerGripautomatically windsthe filmontothe
take-upspool so that the exposedfilm can be
takenout.
5. For continuousexposure:

* Whenthe camerais usedwiththe PowerGrip,setthe selectioncollarto the
red dot exceptthe continuousexposureoperationto preventan accidental
shutter releaseby touchingthe Shutter ReleaseButton of the camera
body.

and the film is not advanced to next frame. the shutter cannot be re-
leased.
1. Firstinsertthe DarkSlideintothe rollfilmholder.
2. To readythe nextframe,slightlydepressthe
shutterreleasebuttonon the PowerGrip or the
BatteryCheck Buttonon the camerabody.The
" Au to W i n d i n g Mo d e " b u i l t i nto the camera
body is actuated.lFig E )
* Use the "Auto Winding Mode" featurewhen
takinga photographafter changingthe lens or
replacingthe holder.
3.Withdrawthe DarkSlideand the camerais then readyfor use.

body by pushingup the Lock Lever while de-
pressingthe Lock ReleaseButton.
