Opening Meeting

Good Morning!

Before we proceed, First of all I would like to introduce myself my name is

Norlito Suelo, Basically my main job is conducting certification audits, Im doing
audit for various management system for more than 15 Years now. Presently I
am also engaged in doing consultancy work, assisting and leading companies
obtain certification to international standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and
OHSAS 18001 to name a few. For obvious reason, Im here today to conduct
an initial audit of your Quality Management System.

This is the opening meeting for the Filcomserve Pre-Certification Audit as was
arrange on November 15, 2011. We have released an audit plan containing the
schedule of audit for each area that I am going to cover for the entire 2 days. I
was hoping that everybody was properly informed, but none the less let me go
over with it again to make sure we are all clear about our schedule.

We call this audit Pre-Certification Audit because our primary objective for this
audit is to assess the company’s QMS in accordance with the international
standard and to determine the readiness of your company to the upcoming AJA
Certification Audit.

In case there will be some noncorformities, I will be raising that as Development

Points, this means that the findings will be represented as a GAP between your
QMS against the requirements of the ISO standards. So there will be no
category as to whether a finding is major or minor.

I would like to assure you that all information that will transpire as a result of this
audit will be treated with utmost confidentiality. Di po ito lalabas sa inyong

If you do not have any more questions, I would like to thank all of you for
attending our opening meeting, I would like to emphasize that Im not here to
find faults, but rather Im here to help you improve your system to meet the
requirements of the standard. I will see you in your respective area.
