- Sharm El Sheikh Sea water desalination plant capacity 10.000m3/d.

- EL Shabab sea water desalination plant 3.000 m3/d

- Dahab sea water desalination plant 10.000 m3/d.

o Duties include:
 • Plants chemist responsible of preparing and dosing of chemicals used (co-agulation,
sod.metabisulfate, anti-scalent, chlorination, caustic soda added).
• Monitor and assure that water meets the terms and conditions of each step of the
process.
• Do regular test to assure the quality of water in each step.
• Responsible of the maintenance of membrane used in the desalination process.
• Responsible of the quality of the final product ( make sure that the final product meets
the international terms of potable drinking water by doing test to the water such as
T.D.S ,O.R.B, PH.
• Provide professional guidance and advice in relation to desalination water plant
chemistry and environmental control.
• Responsible and manage laboratory facility.
• Maintaining operating and maintenance parameters necessary to achieve optimum
chemical conditions.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation relevant to desalination plant operation
(helped in establish iso certification 9001/2000.
• Ensure activities affected by chemical and related considerations can be carried out
