Minutes of the meeting held Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 4:30 in the media/smart

room of the St. Mary High School

The meeting was called to order by the chairman. Most members of the club were present,
five had called sick. The minutes of the meeting held on February were signed and
confirmed by the chairman. There was no business arising from the minutes, so the
president proceeded with the activities planned. These included:
A game of charades
A bun eating contest
Karaoke Contest
The chairman announced that the next meeting would be held on March 16, 2016.
The meeting was adjourned by the President Ashley Grey, and second by Vice President,
Patrick Clarke.
