KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, RAINIER GEORGE M. ORDOÑEZ, of legal age, a Filipino, with residence

and postal address at #23 19th Ave., Quezon City, have made, constituted, and appointed
my father EMMANUEL C. ORDOÑEZ, also of legal age, Filipino with residence address
at #23-A 19th Ave., Brgy. San Roque, Quezon City, as my true and lawful attorney in fact,
for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform the following acts:

2. To transact on my behalf before the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City

pertaining the extrajudicial settlement of the estate of my mother the late
Evelyn M. Ordoñez, and to make, submit and secure and/or to sign for and
in my name in any documents pertinent in the aforesaid purpose; and

3. Generally, to do whatever acts and things which may deem proper and
necessary to fully effect but within the scope of power and authority herein
above conferred to the undersigned attorney in fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or
could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney
in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
