1. Windows 9X additional drivers on Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server x86 or x64:

To install Windows 95, 98 or Millenium additional drivers you will first
need to locate the original Windows 95, 98 or Millenium original driver
that shipped with your printer, or that you can download from our Internet
Web site.
 You will then need to manually decompress the folloWing Windows system
files from the original Windows 95, 98 or Millenium CD-ROM:

Refer to the folloWing Microsoft Knowledge Base articles for detailled

instructions:

After extraction, these files should be placed in the same directory as the
Windows 95, 98 or Millenium original driver and you can proceed With
installing these additional Windows 95, 98 or Millenium drivers.

2. Windows 2000 additional drivers on Windows XP/2003 Server/Vista/Windows 7/

2008 Server x64:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Windows 2000 additional drivers can be installed on a Windows XP, Vista,
Server 2003, 2008 Server or Windows 7 x64 host, however User Will not be
able to open the "Printer Properties" or the "Printing Preferences" from
the "Printers" folder on the Client machine.

User can configure "Printer properties" from any application, and "Printer
Properties" or default "Printing Preferences" must be setup on the Host
machine.

3. Windows XP/2003 Server/Vista x64, additional drivers on Windows XP/

2003 Server/Vista x86:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
To be able to install an Windows XP/2003 Server x64 additional drivers on a
Windows XP or 2003 Server x86 host, Service Pack 1 or above
is required on the Windows XP or 2003 Server x86 host.

4. x64 additional drivers on Windows Vista/2008 Server/Windows 7/Windows 8

Windows 8.1/Windows 10 x86:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
To install an x64 additional driver on a Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server,
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 x86 host, you first need a
running Vista, Windows 2008 Server, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or
Windows 10 x64 system. On this x64 system, locate the directory
\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ntprint.inf_xxxxx, then copy all
files and sub-directories from ntprint.inf_xxxxx into the same location as you
saved this driver.

If the x86 host asks for the NTPRINT.INF on the Windows Media during the
installation of the additional driver, simply browse to this location and
complete installation.
5. x86 additional drivers on Windows Vista/2008 Server/Windows 7/Windows 8/
Windows 8.1/Server 2012/Server 2012 R2/Windows 10 x64:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
To install an x86 additional driver on a Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server,
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2
or Windows 10 x64 host,you first need a running Vista, Windows 2008 Server,
Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2
or Windows 10 x86 system. On this x86 system, locate the directory
\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\ntprint.inf_xxxxx, then copy all
files and sub-directories from ntprint.inf_xxxxx into the same location as you
saved this driver.

If the x64 host asks for the NTPRINT.INF on the Windows Media during the
installation of the additional driver, simply browse to this location and
complete installation.

6. Windows NT 4.0 Installation and notes:

--------------------------------------
To install the Windows NT 4.0 Driver start the "Add Printer Wizard" from
the Printer Folder with "Add Printer", then point to the NT4 subfolder and
choose KMMULTNT.INF. Please note that Point and Print installations or
additional drivers are not supported under Windows NT 4.0.

7. The drivers is not Microsoft Certified:

---------------------------------------
While installing, the driver will be shown as signed by Authenticode.
This guarantees the origin (from KONICA MINOLTA) and that it was not altered
or corrupted. Moreover, if the option �Always trust software from
�KONICA MINOLTA� is enabled, KONICA MINOLTA certificate will be added to the
System trusted publisher certificates store, so that future installations
from same manufacturer will proceed without warning.

8. Windows 2003 Server / XP Client printing to Windows 10 Host:

------------------------------------------------------------
In some cases, you might get an "Access is Denied" error when trying to print in
this
Host/Client combination. If this problem occurs, please

First, make sure that the Windows 2003 Server / Windows XP computer is properly
connected
to the home network and set to share printers. For more instructions on printer
sharing in
Windows 2003 Server / Windows XP, go to the Sharing printers topic on the
Microsoft website.
If the other computers on your network can "see" the Windows 2003 Server /
Windows XP
computer and its attached printer, can share files with that computer, but still
encounter
an "Access is Denied" error when trying to print, try the following workaround:

Open Printers by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking
Control Panel,
clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clicking Printers.
Click Add a printer.
In the Add Printer wizard, click Add a local printer.
Click Create a new port. Make sure Local Port is selected in the list, and then
click Next.
In the Port Name dialog box, type \\computer name\printer name, and then click
OK.
Complete the rest of the wizard, and then click Finish.
