Important: If using Outlook 2013 on the migration workers the Microsoft update patch KB2878323 is required
for Outlook Professional Plus 2013 SP1.
• The migration status list has been updated with the following statuses:
o Nothing in Source File – The source mailfile is able to open but does not contain any data.
o Source Database Not Initialized – The source mailfile fails to open with “Database Not
Initialized”.
o AutoDiscover Failure – The Target mailbox fails to connect with Autodiscover.

• The RetryJobStatus parameter has been added to the web.config file to support automatically
resubmitting failed jobs. By default, Notes Migrator will resubmit memory exception codes #001 (Notes
memory exception) and #002 (Outlook memory exception). (48845)
• The Notes Migrator database UNID is now used as the key for the SQL migration record instead of the
Shortname value where duplicates are found. (48846)
• An issue where the fix contacts agent incorrectly removed local group members when multiple address
books are configured on the Settings document has been resolved. (49029)
• To allow rooms with long values in the "Resource Target File Name" field to be imported, the Import
Rooms & Resources agent has been updated to use the shortname and not the full resource name as the
file path for the extract nsf. (49274)
• An issue where Autodiscover would fail in hybrid environments if the target account has an online archive
enabled has been resolved. (49322)
• An issue causing scheduled delegation to not process and not export a text file has been resolved. (49418)
• An issue causing a memory exception error "Error encountered Getting Body" has been resolved. (49465)
• Notes Archive Migrator has been updated to version 2.5.1. Version 2.5.1 adds support for archiving
French mail templates. (49562)
• An issue where the BTMail.box was becoming corrupt which resulted in migrations transferring
attachments as a file type image has been resolved. Now, the BTMail.box MIME cache is deleted and
recreated if a specific error is encountered when converting a message body, which indicates the cache
has become corrupt. If the cache becomes corrupt twice during the same migration, the migration will
exit with the status "Migration Failed". (49924)
• The PR_RECIPIENT_REASSIGNMENT_PROHIBITED setting is now properly set based on the Prevent
Delegation value on appointments and notices. (50007)
• Outlook 2010 has been removed from the requirements. (51607)
• An issue where room and resource imports and migrations did not support a slash (/) in the name has
been resolved. (52373)
• A code change has been made to speed up the processing of repeating meetings to Office 365. (53263)
• An issue where Name Translation was failing intermittently for a user that was previously successfully
converted has been resolved. (53763)
• The Process attachments greater than option in Advanced Settings is set to 5 MB by default. (54112)
Previous Releases
4.6.3.2
• The hidden system folder named "Files" found in Office 365 mailboxes has been added to the Fix Folders
agent folder checks. (38755)
• The Fix Folder agent has been updated to find and rename customer -created folders named "Sent" and
"Meetings". (41893)
• To prevent duplicate personal folders in the source mail file to cause migrations to fail, the Fix Folders
agent has been updated to perform duplicate checking and character replacements. (46644)
• An issue where migration jobs did not complete on the worker and displayed 100% in the CMTMonitor
page has been resolved. (46977)
• Characters such as /, $, @, #, ) can now be replaced in folder names with a hyphen and checking has been
added to confirm that replacement characters are not null or a backslash. (47007)
• The following options have been added to the Source Updates tab in Settings to configure the Fix Folders
agent:
o Folder name to be used when updating Blank folder names. This will update blank (Null) folders
at the folder root, blank folders within the folder hierarchy and blank folders at the end of the
folder hierarchy. This will numerically increment (1,2,3,etc.) if more than one blank folder exists.
Replacements will be done for: "", " ", " \", "\ \","\\" "\ "
o Folder name to be appended to Outlook system folders that have been created at the folder root
of the Notes personal folders. This will not update the Notes system folders. The folder names
will be appended with a hyphen "-" and then the name to be used.
o Option to check for duplicate personal folder names. If enabled, the agent will check each folder
to determine if there is a duplicate and then append "-" and an incremented number to make the
name unique.
o Option to have the duplicate checks be performed on the first Fix Folders processing or only on
second processing runs. This requires the option for duplicate checking to be enabled. Set to
"No" to disable this and have the Fix Folders agent always check on the first pass for duplicates
or set to "Yes" to have the duplicate checking skipped on the first pass and only be run on
subsequent updates. This is set as the default configuration.
o Numeric setting for the number of duplicates to be checked on a single personal folder. If there
are more duplicates of a single folder name than the number specified, the duplicate checking
for that folder will be skipped. Requires duplicate checking to be enabled.
o Option to remove hidden Alias from Notes Personal folders. This will remove all aliases in the
Notes folders except for the system folders. This should only be used if an issue with an alias is
found to cause a problem with migrations.
o Option to send an email to the end users with a list of the folder names that were changed.
o Option to remove special characters from folder names. If enabled, this will allow for a defined
set of characters to be removed from all personal folder names and to have those replaced with
a different character. This will not update system folders and should only be used if a specific
character is found to cause an issue with migrations.
o Option for the characters that should be replaced in the personal folders. This is a text list of
characters to be replaced and should be a comma separated list if more than one character
should be replaced. This requires the character replacement to be enabled and should not
contain a backslash "\" as that will replace the Notes folder hierarchy or be Null (blank).
o Option for the character to be used for the replacements. This should be a valid character that is
not known to cause migration issues and should not be Null (blank). Typically, a hyphen "-" is
recommended.
