Sub.- Non issue of pay slip consequent of fixation in 7th pay revision & improperly
filled salary slip of “May 2018”

MPPGCL has issued order for adoption of 7th pay Revision vide order No.
4974, dated 29.12.2017. I had applied for fixation of my pay as on 01.01.2016 in 7th pay.
Various Annexures as required to be filled in for the purpose, were also submitted
alongwith sheet showing fixation of pay on various dates & computation of Arrears.
I am in receipt of “SALARY SILIP” for May-2018, which itself is not depicting all the
details as on payment side it is not showing full arrears details & on recovery side even
professional tax recovery is not being shown. Photo copy of salary slip for May-2018
enclosed for perusal & it is requested to please issue corrected salary slip.
Further on going through salary slip it is found that fixation after 01.07.2016 has not
been made as per provision of clause 9 (ii) of order dated 29.12.2017 which is reproduced
below :-
ऐसा कार्मि क, र्िसे 02 िनवरी और 01 िुलाई के बीच (दोनोों र्दवसोों सर्ित) की अवर्ि में र्नयुक्ति या पदोन्‍नर्त या समयमान
वेतनमान योिना के अिीन उन्‍नयन सर्ित र्वत्‍तीय उन्‍नयन र्दया गया िो, के सोंबोंि में वेतनवृक्ति 01 िनवरी को दी िावेगी और ऐसे
कमि चारी, र्िसे 02 िुलाई और 01 िनवरी के बीच (दोनोोंर्दवसोों सर्ित) की अवर्ि में र्नयुक्ति या पदोन्‍नर्त या
समयमान वेतनमान योिना के अिीन उन्‍नयन सर्ित र्वत्‍तीय उन्‍नयन र्दया गया िो, के सोंबोंि में वेतनवृक्ति 01 िुलाई
को दी िावेगी।
As per provisions of clause 9 (ii) after getting the higher pay scale on 1st July 2016,
the date of next increment shall have to be fixed in Jan’ 2017. It is pertinent to mention that
company vide order dated 08.05.2018 only allowed me to shift higher pay scale from 2nd
Jan’2016 to 1st July’2016 and not the date of increment. As benefit of 3rd HPS has been
given on 01.07.2016 by the company, I am entitled for date of next increment as on
01.01.2017 as per provisions of 9 (ii) and not 1/7/2017 as fixed by your office. The yearly
increment shall also be in next January & so on.

It is further to point out that monthly installment of arrears is not properly derived
before release of payment with salary of May’18. On the basis of fixation made, monthly
installment comes to Rs. 15147/- PM whereas Rs. 15139/- PM (i.e. Rs. 8/- less) being
paid by Sr.AO(COG &HS). Correction has therefore to be made by Sr.AO(COG &HS).
