Overview of the lesson:
I like you gave the classroom rules and the introduction on reviewing the letter A and C.
The video you showed for the letter A was correct however the video for the letter C was
incorrect that why I had you say the sound instead of showing the video. Your wait time
with the students was appropriate and having other students help the child who is having
problems with the answers. Introducing the puppet Mr. Ahmed keep children engage and
eager to learn. All of the activities you had for the class was appropriate for the students
in the class.
 During your behavior management make sure you do not SHHH the students.
Alternative is to use 123 all eyes on me, use quiet lip, or just put your finger on
your lips.
 Put your materials in separate containers because this will help students have
ownership of the task. Which will prevent other students taking all of the
materials.
I really like you had your assistant help the student. However, she did not really want to
assist. Solution is when planning makes sure she is apart so she will understand her role
to assist not only prepare other tasks during your need for help. Note that when you make
one activity it can be for all types of differention not only for the high, medium and low
group. The activities can be for all students with different levels. Don’t worry about
transition there are different types of transitions not only moving from one area to
another.
Maryam work on your professionalism the first day of school you were late, then one day
you left school early and now today you left without informing me and we were waiting
for you. Your student book information states you need to stay after school for 15/30
minutes after students leave.
