In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as OFFICER-IN-

CHARGE, Office of the School Head at Tobor National High School effective December
4 to 5, 2018.

Such designation carries with it full authority to discharge the functions, duties and
responsibilities attached to the position, subject, however, to existing rules and
regulations and without additional remuneration.

This designation shall take effect on specified dates and subject to extension and
termination by the appointing authority.
