I. Theme: “Eat All You Can Breakfast at Consuelo’s Garden”

II. Date and Time: March 5, 2018 7:00 to 10:00 am

III. Venue: Mother Consuelo’s Promenade

IV. Attire: casual/ school uniform/ descent attire

V. Rationale
The purpose of this event is to showcase the students’ skills and competencies
acquired in their three respective subjects; Catering and Banqueting
Management, Food and Beverage Cost Control System and Baking. This then
will also be beneficial to the enhancement of the students’ banqueting skills in
dealing with their future customers.

VI. Objectives:
 To showcase the students’ skills and competencies in terms of managing a
catered event.
 To be able to simulate catering and banqueting function.
 To apply the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired in the subject;
Catering and Banqueting Management.

VII. Resources:
A. Human Resources
3rdyr BSHRM students / Banquet and Catering Management class.
They are assigned to do the following task:
1. Food Preparation;
2. Catering designs and related task;
3. Catering services;
4. Marketing and Promotions and Ticketing

4. Speaker / Sound System

The budget to be used will come from the contribution of 3 rd year HRM
students.
₱ 300.00/Student (300 x 18 = ₱ 5,400)
 Ticketing
Tickets will be distributed to 150 prospective customers amounting to
₱199.00/head, where they will enjoy package inclusions of:

 Breakfast buffet (English Breakfast, Continental Breakfast,


Mediterranean Breakfast and French Breakfast)
 Buffet style ambience

the event.

X. Highlights
Eat All You Can Breakfast at Consuelo’s Garden is an eat all you can catered
event best suits for all who wants to experience lucrative and elaborated
breakfast meals. This catered event has varieties of foods featuring the breakfast
of the world that includes English breakfast, Continental breakfast Mediterranean
breakfast and French breakfast. This then will fully satisfy not just the taste buds
of the prospective customers but also their curiosity in dealing with the different
menu items that can be served for breakfast.
