Hello, good day! Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as an
agent at Survey Monster Incorporated, effective this 10th day of July, 2018.

I am really thankful of being a part of this growing BPO industry especially the Survey
Monster Inc. I learned a lot of things from day one up to this moment. Every lesson that
was taught to us was a treasure for me. The great management and my positive colleagues
is awesome, despite all of the struggles we are still aiming towards the achievement of
everyone’s quota. The laughter and the good memories that I experienced within the span
of my working days will always be part of me. I really like the job but the struggle of going
back home is the main reason why I cannot continue anymore. I took me long time before
I got back to hour home. I usually got home by 2 am which is a big struggle for me. I even
struggle hitting my target quota everyday even though I am working very hard every time.
I hope that you will allow me to quit my job with this reason. I also started looking for job
that is nearby to our place and will be much easier for me. I hope for the very best of this
company. I believe I did a pretty decent job working with you guys. Thanks
