employees in the organization stress, their tends to be absent from the organization and loose
working hours (Pediwal, 2011). According to Shehzad et al., (2011), Stress increases the job
from employee turnover, which influences the employees as well as organizational
productivity. Stress directly affects the employees' productivity and both of them are mutually
related to each other, without stress there is a death of a human being (Salami et al., 2010). Due
to these sources of stress, employee engagement and ultimately to work decreases it negatively
affects the productivity of employees (Coetzee and Devilliers, 2010).
