ADDENDUM

To the Contract to Sell Dated xxx

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Addendum to the Contract to Sell is entered into by and between:

WITNESSETH THAT:

1. The PARTIES entered into a Contract to Sell on xxx at xxx City, identified as Doc. No. ____,
Page No. ____, Book No. ______, Series of 2018 in the Notarial Registry of Atty.
_______________, copy of which is attached hereto and made part of this ADDENDUM as
ANNEX “A”.

2. Paragraph No. 4 of the said Contract to Sell dated xxx is hereby modified and shall now read
as follows:

“Real property tax shall be for the account of the SELLER until the execution of the
Deed of Absolute Sale. Capital gains tax and documentary stamp tax shall be shared on a
50/50 basis by both the SELLER and BUYER. The transfer fees, registration fees and other
incidental expenses for the Deed of Absolute Sale and transfer of title shall be for the
account of the BUYER. The notarial fee shall be shared by the SELLER and BUYER on a
50/50 sharing.”
