ACYST Technology Company Limited was founded in 2016
with the vision of revolutionizing African businesses through
technology. Acyst Tech, has since been introducing innova-
tive tech products and business solutions to assist start-ups
and SMEs thrive in a very competitive business environment.
The technical solutions and packages have been specially de-
signed to:

different nationalities; Ghana, Nigeria and Chad.

Acyst Technology Co. Ltd. has a skilled team that can serve as
a technical department in any capacity. Which is why we cre-
ated an I.T service division dubbed Acyst Tech Support (ATS).
The service was created with the idea of serving as an exter-
nal technical department for organizations struggling with
the full functionality of a technical department. Our company
understands that tech support is fundamental for the services
of any Enterprise, and for that matter a reliable and affordable
package has been designed to satisfy those expectations.
Acyst Tech will assist our clients in diverse competencies.
These competencies include:

•Network administrator

•Web administrator

•Desktop support officer

Acyst Tech Support is available to our clients from 6:00am to


6:00pm, 7 days a week. ATS will visit the offices of our client
twice in a week for maintenance and servicing of tech sys-
tems.

Our packages are classified into three categories depending


on your IT needs. We have the GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE
packages. We will recommend a package that is suitable for
your business after we have visited and assess the size and
scope of your IT needs.

The services are offered through three (3) mediums (RPU);

•Remotely from ACYST office


Remote services in Microsoft operating systems and in
dustry approved third party software allow us to re
motely resolve technical issues from our office.

•Periodic Support
Our officers will make periodic visits to your premises
to assess the IT infrastructure and submit a report to
Acyst Technology for necessary actions to be taken.
These visits put us on top of all issues to make sure that
there is no sudden breakdown of your IT infrastructure.
An officer making the visit would resolve any problem
that may have occurred, during the visit.

•Upon call request


Our lines are open to our cherished clients from 6:00am
to 6:00pm and our officers will respond immediately to
avoid downtimes and break in work flow.
•BILLING
ACYST Tech Support offers your company more IT for half
your IT budget. Our company receives all payment through
direct payments into our company accounts. Payments com-
mence a month after accepting terms and conditions, service
and contract. Payments end after agreed termination of con-
tract between Acyst Technology Company Limited and your
company.

The quote is determined by the size of a company’s infrastruc-


ture. They are divided into BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD pack-
ages.
