Executive Summary
In the case study of employability and enterprise, it can be said that the mentioned case
study is about discussing the national labor market through discussing the various
classifications of the market and the purpose of the market body. The case study
evaluates about the required skills for web designing business. Apart from that, the
study also deals with the impact of labor market in IT business especially in web
designing process.

Introduction
In order to discuss about the employability and enterprise, it can be said that the case
study concentrates on the national labor market through specifying the classifications
and the working purpose of the market body. Apart from that, the study also evaluates
the required skills to handle the users properly in web designing business. Besides
these two, the study also enlighten the impact of labor market in IT sector.
Part 1:
Labor market has three characteristics according to the area, as local labor market,
national labor market, and international labor market (Card Et al. 2018, p. S 31).
National labor market is an organizational structure through which the employees can
find works against expected paying. Besides this, through this market the organizations
find willing workers for their job and the rate of wages are pre determined here (Dube et
al. 2016, p. 669). The market is concentrating on exchanging of required information
among the employees to operate the job seekers properly through offering those proper
wages, competition level, employment conditions, and proper location for the job. The
working process of the market is interaction between the employees and the job seeker
regarding the skills, qualifications, and geographical location (Gertler et al. 2014, p.
999).
In order to discuss about the importance of national labor market, it can be said that,
● National labor market addressing the proper framework and policies of
engagement to the employees.
● The market also determines the wages of the workers for their job.
● The market also allocates the proper location to the job seekers for the job.
● Besides this, the national labor market has some advantages and disadvantages
regarding their working process.

Advantage
● Easy to adopt and alter the working force.
● Minimizing the wages pressure from the organizers.
● Limited number of regulation for smooth regulation
● Verifying the nature of duration of work process (Abdi et al. 2016, p. 355).
Disadvantages
Apart from some advantages, there are some disadvantages regarding the national
labor market, as
● Lack of proper training process for the workers.
● Less quantity in production (Liaw et al. 2015, p. 331).
● Inequality rising among the workers.
In this context, it can be said that some specific skills and competencies are required for
designing a webpage, as

A proper designing of a website improves the user friendly experience for the visitor.
This consists of web designer’s proper selection of color, theme, texture, and category.
In this context, it can be said that the web designer need to know about the color
togetherness in a website for proper access.
In order to discuss about the impact of labor market in web designing industry, it can be
said that the labor market has a significant impact in IT business process and web
designing sector as well. The labor market selects the proper working group for specific
job in order to do that perfectly. In web designing field perfection is much needed to
develop user experience to increase the business process. The labor market also pre
determine the wages of the labors to handle the working group without much flaws
regarding wage issues.

Unemployment
In this context, it can be said that the labor market creates a slight unemployment within
the three months from January in 4.3% in rate. In addition to this, the labor market also
increases the employment of 0.3% from last quarter within the mentioned time period.
The detailed study also evaluates the unemployment rate to 1.45 million since January
which is lot more than the ratio of August to October in the year 2018. On the other
hand, the women unemployment rate increases by 0.3% in recent years (Kureková et
al. 2015, p. 17).
Employment
The employment rate increases continuously at a higher rate in 2018. The number of
employment is almost 32.25 million which is huge in number than the previous one of
402,000 within the same period of three months from January. This rate of employment

was much lower in the previous year. The number was 168,000 within the mentioned
time limit quarterly. The change occurred in full time employment. In this sector, the
number increases by 182,000 to 20.29 million (Agrawal et al. 2015, p. 221).
Self-employment
In self employment sector also, a change can be identified. The number decreases by
28,000 of part time employment out of net amount of 27,000. Thus it can be said that
the number of self employment is rose in the recent times for the labor market.

Conclusion
Concluding the above study, it can be said that, the above case study is concentrating
on basic facts regarding national labor market. Besides this, the above case also
evaluates the required skills and competencies for the web designing on IT industry.
Apart from these two sections, the mentioned case study also enlighten the impacts of
labor market in IT sector regarding web designing.
