PAPER SUBMISSSION REQUIREMENT
INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. Deadline for sending the registration form and paper title – 15th July 2015 (by email
or by post).

2. Deadline for paper submission (by email, or on paper and disk) - 4th September 2015.

3. Papers must be up to 8 pages, including graphs, charts and references.

4. Layout guidelines:

 Font – Times New Roman;


 Font Size 12 pt; Line spacing – Single;
 Page setup: Margins: Top – 2” (5.08 cm); Bottom – 1” (2.54 cm); Left – 1.2” (3.05 cm);
Right – 2.24” (5.69 cm); Paper – letter; Layout – header 1.7” (4.32 cm), footer 1” (2.54
cm);
 Title of the paper Bold 14 pt, centered, capital letters;
 Author’s scientific title, degree, first name and family name, place of work – 12 pt
centered;
 Footnotes – 10 pt.

5. File name:
 Number of the thematic field/topic;
 Author’s first name and family name separated by underscore ( e.g. 1_Todor_Ivanov.doc)

6. Submitted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

7. The organizing committee reserves the right not to publish papers that do not meet the
requirements or are not relevant to the thematic fields/topics of the conference. The authors
are fully responsible for the correctness of their texts.

Participant Registration – 30 October (Friday) 2015, 08.00 a.m., Korpus Yug.

Conference opening ceremony and plenary session – 30 October 2015, 10 a.m., Conference
Hall.

Working languages – Bulgarian, English and Russian.

Participants will receive the conference programme and materials onsite at the registration
desk.

Hotel reservation – conference participants are asked to state whether they would like to
book a hotel.

Participation fee:
Bulgarian citizens – 40 BGN;
International participants – 40 Euros.
