Description:
Association Database site is developed in SharePoint Online. It is developed for
internal purpose. Users maintain related Association documents in the Association
Documents library. This portal contains three lists Associations, Working Groups, Working
Group Members. All the three lists are interrelated. Customized the lists New and Edit forms
with jQuery. Users will maintain all the Associations details in Association list and upload the
related documents from list itself. All the documents will store in Document library. The
Document library contains Document Sets for each Association.

CONTRIBUTION:

 Creating Content Types, Site Columns, Site Collections, Sub Sites, Lists in OOB.
 Creating SharePoint group and provide permissions to the users.
 Customizing the SharePoint list OOTB forms with jQuery.
 Used Rest API and jQuery for customized actions.

Description:
Bajaj Admin Services has a different modules developed for their employees.
Like Seat Allocation, Cab Booking, Rail Booking. When users raise a requests it will
approved by concern managers. For these different applications managers are added into
separate SharePoint Groups. So that when the user who have access to the modules they can
raise a request. Cabs will be available based on the user’s grade. We will get the user details
like Grade, Mobile number from the SharePoint User Profile. In the same way users can book
rail from module and travel desk team will approve and book the train for the users.
Similarly in Seat Allocation module Local admins for the different locations have permission
to allocate the workstation to employees. Then will trigger mails to concern managers.

information about the company status and clients. That combines three portals corporate,
collaboration and clients. This project consist sub sites and workspaces to store the
documents for each client in a Document Libraries and Lists. And Application contains
different custom forms to store the information in to the lists. And the application maintains
common master page for all the portals clients, corporate and collaboration

Basic requirement of this project is to Migrating the SQL data into SharePoint list.
This requirement is achieved by using BCS concept and creating the SharePoint pages to
display the respective user profile information in User Info page. Media files may be images,
video, audio, documents to a specified document library with respective Meta data
information. Creating the landing pages to show the status of their employees and mentioning
those who are active, pending and confirmed employed to their organization. Each and every
document and all the content should be viewed by only authorized individuals.
