Greatwoods Highland Subdivision, BPS Molino III, Bacoor, Cavite;

3. Being the new owner and possessor of the said vehicle I take full
responsibility of such ownership and possession for each and every
claim/obligation whatsoever that may arise in relation to the subject vehicle, and
corresponding use of documents therein;

4. I am executing this undertaking to attest to the truth of the

foregoing.
