RE: ICBC ACCOUNT (USD$8 Million)

Thank for your reply to my email. As I said, I’m Mr. Ong Ah Tin @ Ong Chee Kwee, Independent Non Executive
Director, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad. I send you this letter following my
official meeting with Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia) and other Investment Banks in Kuala
Lumpur a couple of days ago. This is regarding the Estate of a deceased client with Similar last name and an
Investment Bank Account placed under our management many years ago. I would respectfully request that
you keep the contents of this letter to yourself only and respect the confidential integrity of the information
you come by as a result of this confidential letter. I contact you independently and no one is informed of this
communication.

In the year 2008, Mr. Lucas came to our Bank to engage in business discussions with our private banking
division. He informed us that he had a financial portfolio of $8 Million (Eight Million United States dollars)
Which he wished to have us invest on his behalf. Based on my advice, we spun the money around various
opportunities and made attractive margins in our first months of operation, the accrued profit and interest
stood at this point was over $ 1.8 million United States Dollars.

In mid 2010, he instructed that the principal sum ($8,Million) be liquidated because he needed to make an
urgent investment requiring cash payments in Malaysia. We got in touch with a local Specialist Bank in
Malaysia the Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) who agreed to receive this money for a fee and make cash
available to him. However Bank Simpanan Nasional got in touch with us last year that this money has not
been claimed. On further enquiries we found out that he (Mr. Lucas) was involved in an accident in Mainland
China, which means he died intestate. He has no Next of Kin, and the reason I am writing you is because you
are namesakes (the same last name). I propose that hence I am in charge and have exclusive access to his file,
you can be made the Beneficiary of these funds.

I will communicate with my Bank (ICBC) top management board to exercise a due diligent process on this
matter. Upon verification and approval, which will be the details I make available to my bank, my bank will
instruct Bank Simpanan Nasional to make payment to you. You do not need to know him (Late Mr. Lucas). I
know this might be a bit heavy for you but please trust me on this. For all your troubles I propose that we
split the money in half (50% each). In the banking circle this happens every time. The other option is that the
money will revert back to the state coffers (government account) if not claimed. Nobody is getting hurt, this is
a lifetime opportunity for us. I hold the KEY to these funds, and as a Chinese National with many years of
service in banking sector we see so much cash and funds being re-assigned daily. I would like us to keep the
communication strictly confidential and communicate via my private email address only. I wouldn't like to
use any of my work contact addresses to ensure that this matter is absolutely kept outside the ICBC (Global)
and its affiliates. I also would like you not to disclose this matter to anyone at the moment until the funds is
successful conveyed out the shores of Malaysia.

Please note, I am a family man, I have a wife and children. I have my reputation and career to protect and I
wouldn't like to get myself in any ugly situation. I send you this mail not without a measure of fear as to the
consequences, but I know within me that nothing ventured is nothing gained and that success and riches
never come easy or on a platter of gold. This is one truth I have learned from my private banking clients. Do
not betray my confidence. If we can be of one goal, we should act swiftly on this. Please get back to me
immediately via my private email and let me know if you intend to assist or not. If you do not want to be
involved, kindly Let me know so I would immediately sever further communication with you. I will provide
further details upon receipt of your confirmation email. Thank you in anticipation to your response.

Best Regards
Mr. Ong Ah Tin @ Ong Chee Kwee
