I. Field / Construction Issues

A. Field / Construction Issues

B. Safety  issues 
1  HSE Officer must provide a location  It is planned on the 6th week  PT. Utomo Ladju 
for  master point  
2  Contractor shall make guidance  It is scheduled on the 6th  PT. Utomo Ladju 
direction to location for Consultant‐ week
