Abstract
This paper discusses ticket booking reservation system issues a challenges implementation
methodology application. ticket booking reservation system is a standard system in which
each theater uses its own system in which and disconnect from other theater and use by
customer and employees to booking tickets for movies. Plays and sports. There are various
issues involved too like security issue .this paper discuss various ticket booking to
reservation system and technology used to implement these systems. Used it also discusses
various modules used. System used and testing methods when implemented. Discusses
ways to improve with other corporate.
Introduction
This study aims to understand the user’s satisfaction, acceptance and how they found the
new evolved service like BookMyShow in this digitally growing world. Main objective was
to observe the usage, how they interact with the services like these, usefulness to them,
their satisfaction level. We studied the behaviour of the customers with the help of Google
forms. It consisted various sections like Socio demographic details and then various
questions related to BookMyShow services which measured factors like satisfaction,
interaction, information and finally usage. Analysis is done by methods like correlation and
regression. There may be many researches related to Bookmyshow services or any other
services like these. In this research we tried to find out the relations between the factors
like satisfaction, interaction, information to the usage. Thus study will provide the
understanding between these factors and usage dependability. How important these
factors may be and on whom the focus is to be mainly on. With the raise of technology and
lack of time with every individual, there are arise of many services which can ease our work,
enable us to do things in a couple of minutes and without any geographical limitations.
These are ideas from raw to help the customers in making a long process works in the
easiest way. There are many examples of these services; we have made our study on the
services provided by ‘BookMyShow’.
So taking a look to past, Bookmyshow was launched in2007 as an online movies and
events ticketing brand. It is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is also has office
holdings in New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. The website helps in
ticket sales for various entertainment things like movies, plays, concerts and sporting
events. Apart from being online ticketing portal, Bookmyshow also offers information
about upcoming movies and events, show timings, venue details and artist bios. User
generated movie reviews and ratings as a service have also started with the focus on
content. So coming to the main motive, in this study we have tried to find out the
customers behaviour and level of satisfaction experienced by Bookmyshow service. We
differentiated them in the section of usage: why customers started using and are the

currently using the Bookmyshow services, information-is the information, deals, details etc.,
provided by Bookmyshow relevant and useful. Interaction-How the Bookmyshow interface
is user friendly, gives the feel of protected about personal details and makes the merchants
and customers interaction easy? Satisfactions the level to which they are satisfied with the
service and do it stand on the expectations.
SCOPE
Currently only 10% of the Indian audience buy tickets online an average. Having
seen the great potential for market expansion.
Induce customers buy entertainment tickets online.
Social media marketing has a rich potential to reach virtually unpredicted traffic
within the limited Span of time.

provide people management and booking skills for events the ciuntry. It has revolutionised
the entertainment market with complete user information experience. Bookmyshow
facilitates remote booking and instant payment which is convenient to booker and the
facility provider across catagories since. They can think about it and can take his own time to
