As per our discussion yesterday following is our offer for brewing operations step
wise.

Step 1
Brewing test batches of 20 liters x 3 beer types for selection & finalization of 1 taste to
be followed for further brewing

Step 2
Brewing 125HL x 5 = 625HL brew length in commercial brewery equipment at Bhutan
for further bottling & market sales & reviews.

Step 3
Regular brewing of 125HL brew lengths in commercial brewery equipment at Bhutan for
further sales

Presently we are quoting terms & conditions for step 1 which has to be done at the
earliest. Based on the results of this we will follow on step 2 & step 3.

Step 1 terms & conditions.

1. We will be travelling to Bhutan to perform test brews of 20 liters batches of 3
types of wheat beers to be labelled as beer 1, beer 2, & beer 3
2. Raw material required for the same would be carried by us as per list provided
below.
3. All travel accommodation & fooding expenses will be borne by you during our
visits to Bhutan for test batches brewing
4. During our first visit we will be checking feasibility & equipment specifications of
commercial brewery equipment for our further brewing of bottling batches.
5. Our travel would be of mine & my technical Manager.
6. Step 1 would include 2 visits firstly to brew 3 batches of 20 liters approximately
for 3 days & second for maturation & tasting of ready beers after approximately
15 days of brewing.
7. During the fermentation stage you would be liable to provide an operator or site
brewer to manage the fermenting cycle.
8. In the absence of the above, if we provide our operator for the same for 15 days
we would be liable to charge for the same.

9. Raw material required would be extra and charges for the same would be
payable by you
10. Our 1 time charges for step 1 would be Rs.75000 towards brewing plus
Rs.50000 for commercial brewery equipment feasibility check & operations
understandability & efficiency
11. Total charges would be Rs.125000 + GST@18%.
12. All other expenses will be borne by you
13. These charges are applicable for step 1 only & our services only.
