I. OBJECTIVES  discuss the characteristics of traditional media and new media; ANNOTATIONS

 compare technological determinism with cultural determinism;
 discuss the Normative Theories of the Press; and
 evaluate the type of media in the Philippines using the Normative Theories of the Press
