NOTE:
1. All civil, electrical works, enclosure, scaffolding, ceiling cutting, junction box, weatherproof
junction box and cable containments are not in our scope of work.
2. All conduits to have pulling rope before we can start any cabling work.
3. All Work permissions & entry permits are to be obtained by Main contractor and are not in
Cable Master’s account.
4. If there any changes in Quantities/Specifications for Cameras as per SIRA Approved drawing
then variation will be claimed.
5. Receiver Tuning is not in our scope of work. If needed in future it will be charged accordingly.
6. SMATV & Data Sockets to be supplied by the client/MEP Contractor.
7. For any variation in BOQ/Specification additional charges shall be claimed.
8. In case the site/installation is delayed after starting the job due to reason related to the client,
Then full amount will be due before continuing the installation.
9. The above system and equipment carries One-Year warranty against any manufacturing defect
Or malfunction provided this is not a result of misuse.
10. In future if any free to air satellite programme closes down or becomes pay channel or shifts
To a new satellite, we shall not be responsible for the same.
11. There is no guarantee or warranty on equipments damaged due to natural calamities.
12. If any penalty imposed to the first party by Consultant /Client due to the first party delay, in
such case First party has no right to deduct any penalty to the second party, only in case there is any
delay due to second party
