To whom it may concern,

I am interested in applying for an elementary-level teaching position in your school district.

Anticipating graduation from the University of Texas at El Paso, I have fulfilled all requirements
essential for a position at your school. I am certain that my background and exposure in
education would make me a valuable addition to your school faculty.

Prior to my education competence, I worked as an Office Clerk and assistant attaining skills
relatable to the educational field. Amongst the most important, personally, I would have to say
were the CCC’s of Togetherness (Cooperation, Coordination, and Communication). I believe
that it is key to draw on individual’s strengths while working on a common goal to produce
exceptional outcomes. With that said, I am confident these frequently practiced abilities classify
me as the individual fit for your school as I learned to apply them during my Student Teaching
Internship as well. With my grade-level cooperating teacher I was able to develop effective
lesson plans that fostered a positive learning experience for students using the PBIS model,
maximized their individual performance through complex and challenging tasks, and integrated
current technologies into lessons for greater student involvement either individually or
collaboratively.

Given my passion for teaching, I am self-assured that I can be a positive impact as part of the
professional teaching team at your school. I would welcome the privilege of meeting with you to
discuss any appropriate position that you may have available. You can contact me at (915) 841-
6891 or by email at gswilli.18@gmail.com. Enclosed with this letter you will find my resume
which outlines further details, as well as, a QR Code for my Work in Progress Professional E-
portfolio (below). Thank you, in advance, for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from
you.

Best Regards,
Gabrielle Williams
