We hope this letter finds you well.
Delegates from the Philippine High School for the Arts are well aware of the significance of Laguna’s
efforts to train its entrants to the fast-approaching Regional Schools Press Conference.
However, due to unforeseen conflicts with the schedule, the four students would like to be excused
and permitted to leave the host school grounds on October 25, 2018, 5 p.m. onwards, for reasons stated
below:
1) James Jonelle Lanante, Grade 12, RBSW – Filipino and Ren-Ar Padole, Grade 12, RBSW – English;
in lieu of the forthcoming UPCAT. They will be using the time given to review and prepare for the
exam. Padole will be taking the exam on October 27, and Lanante on the 28th.

2) Bianca Ysabel Rabe, Grade 10, Feature Writing – English and Margaret Louise Mil, Grade 10, News
Writing – English will be participating in a school event, The Alternative. Their presence is
paramount as they shall be aiding the organizers of the aforementioned event.
Rest assured, Bianca Ysabel Rabe, Margaret Louise Mil, and James Jonelle Lanante shall be back in
Liliw Central Elementary School come morning of October 26, 2018. Though, Lanante will proceed to
his household on the evening to prepare further for the exam. Ren-ar Padole, if all the same, would return
on the last day of the Phase Two Training.
