When Harold Bruner got a chance to
design and install his first radiant floor
heating system, he took the time to do it
right. Harold is a professional engineer at
Michel Sales Company Inc., in St. Paul,
Minnesota. Michel Sales represents
Bradford White Corporation in Minnesota,
Wisconsin, North and South Dakota and
the upper peninsula of Michigan. In addition
to Bradford White, Michel Sales had just
recently taken on the Rehau line of radiant
floor heating, and Harold attended their
training school. He realized right away
that radiant floor heating had a lot of
potential in his area, one that is known for
long, cold winters. This type of efficient,
comfortable heating system should
generate high interest.
Harold’s first customer for radiant floor
heating was Mike Gusse. Mike was
formerly a buyer for J.H. Larson Electric,
a Bradford White distributor in the Twin
City area. He is, therefore, familiar with
Michel Sales. Mike was building a beautiful
new home in Zimmerman, Minnesota,
and he and his wife Sue wanted the best
of radiant living. Their spacious two story
home sits on a large rural lot in the
