BOOK LOCKER GUIDELINES

1. The locker is NOT your personal property, therefore you are users not owners.
2. The locker is a privilege NOT a right, therefore the College of Teacher Education
(CTE) has all the authority to evict a user in any case of irresponsibility or
negligence.
3. The CTE shall not be held liable in any case of lost valuable items placed inside
the lockers.
4. Pay your monthly fee to the authorized personnel only, Ms. Joan Claro. Be
responsible to avoid eviction.
5. The locker key must be returned on the last day of the 4th periodical exam.
Unreturned keys on the date shall be considered lost.
6. The following are basis for eviction:
A. Failure to pay the monthly fee.
B. Vandalism and/or deliberate obliteration of any of the parts of the
lockers.
C. Use of any foreign object or unspecified key to open the locker.
D. Allowing non-users to store books or any material other than the user’s.
E. Allowing non-users to use the key and open the locker.
F. Unreported lost key.
7. Immediately report any malfunction, damage or any locker-related concerns to the
CTE. Only the CTE is authorized to forcibly open any impeded locker.
8. Damaged keys or locksets shall be replaced immediately as soon as it is reported.
If the damage is due to abuse or negligence, the user must pay the repair and
replacement fee of P100.
9. Any unreported damage to the locker shall be paid by the user accordingly.
10. In any case of a forgotten or misplaced key, the user shall be given two (2) days
to recover it, otherwise, the key shall be considered totally lost and the user
must pay one hundred pesos(P 100.00) for replacement.
11. The CTE reserves the to conduct regular or random inspections on lockers
and keys.
12. Non-users are /NOT allowed to stay in the locker area.
